When you register, we collect the information you submit in the form: your name, stage name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, email address, your selected artist role(s), recent project links, a short biography, your profile photo, your social media and online profile links (if provided), and your answers about willingness to participate in future activities and joining our WhatsApp community.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information to review your application, maintain your profile in our internal database, and contact you about casting calls, productions, events, workshops, and other opportunities that match your profile. Your biography, roles, and (if approved) photo may be displayed in the public-facing artist database once your profile is approved.
4. Who can see your information
Your full application, including contact details, is visible only to authorized Chilli Chips administrators and editors who review registrations. If your profile is approved, a curated portion of it — your name or stage name, photo, roles, biography, projects, and any social links you chose to provide — may be displayed publicly in the artist database. Your address, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email address are never published publicly.
5. How we store it
Your information is stored in a secure database with access restricted to authorized personnel. Passwords for any administrator accounts are stored using industry-standard hashing, and all administrator actions are logged.
6. Your rights
You may request an update, correction, or removal of your information at any time by contacting us using the details below. If your profile has been approved and publicly listed, you can request it be taken down.
7. Data retention
We retain your registration information for as long as you remain part of our talent database, or until you request removal. Applications that are not approved may be retained for a reasonable period in case of resubmission, after which they may be deleted.
8. Consent and review
Submitting this form does not guarantee inclusion in the database. All registrations are subject to review and approval by Chilli Chips administrators, who may approve your profile, reject it, or request changes before approval.
